Short presentation
I research and lead processes for how we better can collaborate when we are in complex development processes. My special interest is system-complex collaboration processes for innovative societal change. I work a lot with systems theory, design methodology, strength and dialogue-based business development. I lead two initiatives within Uppsala University; Uppsala Univesity Sustainability Initiatives and LEAPFROG - innovation management for sociatal transformation.

Mitt forskningfokus är att titta på innovationsutrymme i tjänsteorganisationer. Jag arbetar med flera Vinnovafinansierade forskningsprojekt inom statlig förvaltning och hälso- & sjukvård. Jag har ett förflutet som organisations- och kommunikationskonsult och har arbetat med globala hållbarhetsfrågor i drygt 20 år. I grunden är jag Socialpsykolog från Uppsala universitet.
