I have long held a strong interest in the methodology of causal inference. During my doctoral studies, I found these econometric and statistical methods even more intriguing than my wider area of specialization, the economics of health and health policy. After my work at AstraZeneca, however, I have been drawn again to the depth and promise of health economics. Now, equipped with a broader skill set and valuable experience from the private sector, I am eager to pursue an academic career.
