Short presentation
Alexandra D’Ubaldo-Gauffin is a PhD Student at the Centre for Gender Research. Her project focuses on people in Sweden who turn to non-biomedical practices and treatments in order to deal with infertility and enhance fertility. Using ethnographic methods such as interviews and participant observation, Alexandra will inquire into the ways in which (in)fertilities are made sense of and enacted through a variety of non-biomedical interventions and methods.
