Frida Höglund is a PhD Candidate in social work at the Department of Social Work, Uppsala University.
Her research interests concern social interaction and human service organizations with a specific focus on digital text-based interaction between clients and practitioners.
The doctoral project is part of the research project 'Equal terms? Manifestations of inequality in parents' contacts with the Social Insurance Agency about parental leave'.
