Short presentation
I am a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Professor Venkata Kamalakar Mutta on Quantum Material Device Group. My research interest is the charge and spin transport in CVD graphene-based devices with a scope on surface charge transfer doping. To develop projects, I am responsible for fabricating graphene-based devices, charge and spin electrical transport measurements, also AFM and Raman spectroscopy for structure characterization.
