Short presentation
I am a PhD student, Registered Dietitian and teacher at the bachelor programs in food service and nutrition and dietetics programs.
I got my undergraduate degrees at Uppsala University. I have in total about 17 years of working experience as a clinical dietitian. During my work as a dietitian I mainly met people with or at risk of malnutrition due to cancer disease and/or cancer treatment.
My doctoral project is about quality and improvement work within the provision of food and meals to hospital patients.
