Short presentation
I am a doctoral candidate within Public International Law with a special focus on International Space Law. In my doctoral work I intend to investigate the current state of the law governing the legitimate exercise of the freedom to explore and use outer space, with respect to intergenerational equity concerns, as well as to analyze the adequacy of the current regime as Earth orbit is growing increasingly congested.
