Short presentation
In 2014 I was appointed associate professor in Pharmaceutics and in 2016 I was appointed Head of Studies in Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics.
My major research interests are currently within the area of solid oral and inhaled dosage forms. The research projects focus on investigating and understanding the structure-functionality relationships of different particle systems. Such knowledge is fundamental for evaluation of the performance and usability of the particle systems in formulation and manufacture of different types of drug products. Within these research projects, various particle preparation and characterization techniques are used.
I also have a strong engagement in education within the field of Pharmaceutics and has a great passion for pedagogical innovation and renewal of the different educational programs at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
