Short presentation
I am a Project Coordinator at NGI-Uppsala. My primary commitments are NGS project coordination, as well as serving as a consultant for NGS users. I advise on choice of appropriate NGS technology, sequencing setup, as well as project planning and sampling. Main fields of expertise: long-read sequencing (e.g PacBio), extraction and handling high molecular weight DNA.
