Arvand Mirsafian

My main research interests are labour market relations, technological change and economic policy during the late 19th and the 20th century. My doctoral thesis studies the Swedish labour movement’s attitude to industrial rationalisation and how it influenced the making of the so-called "Swedish labour market model" during the interwar era.
