Short presentation

I am a PhD student at the Department of Food Studies, Nutrition and Dietetics. My doctoral project explores the social aspects of the meal among older people and focuses on eating alone. The project will include both quantitative and qualitative studies.

I also teach at the Bachelor Programme in Foodservice and Nutrition and the Dietetics Programme.
