Short presentation
I am a biologist interested in human population genetics. I am also very interested about ethical, legal and scientific issues involving the creation of sample biobanks for population genetic studies. My PhD work is a collaborative study, between CIBIO and Jakobssonlab, aimed to assess the genetic diversity of Mozambique and Angola ethnolinguistic groups in order to provide insights into the Bantu expansion.
