My Doctoral thesis is under Comparative Constitutional law. It is entitled ' Supra national and National Constitutions in shaping Human Rights Jurisprudence : A comparision of the EAC and the EU. The research analyses, designs and contexts for supranational polities like the EU and the EAC and thier institutional structures and mechanisms like the Community Courts. The study adopts a comparative constitutional method and approach.
