Paola Oras is a registered midwife and finished her PhD in 2020 with the thesis Care for the New-Born - Breastfeeding and Skin-to-Skin Contact. Her research focuses primarily on care during the neonatal period, breastfeeding and parenting. She works as an Affiliated University Lecturer in the Midwifery education.
