  1. Molecular Epidemiology of antibiotic resistance: ESBL (Extended Spectrum β-lactamase), MBL(NDM-1), MRSA, VRE
  2. Dissemination of antibiotic resistance bacteria by wildlife and livestock.
  3. Molecular epidemiology of zoonotic and animal pathogenic E. coli: EHEC, APEC, ETEC, STEC.
