University IT Services contributes to the University's development, innovation and competitiveness by proactively supporting digitisation. University IT Services provides business-driven, qualitative, secure and effective common IT solutions for Uppsala University, as well as ensuring an efficient and sustainable IT environment with good control over data flows through IT architecture support.
Among other things, the division is tasked with supporting staff and students with any IT and telephony-related issues, providing IT infrastructure that meets the needs of the organisation and its support services, as well as providing administrative and strategic support to the IT Board.
The division also manages its project portfolio and designs and provides client support for the organisation.
