I work at the interface of string theory, mathematics, and quantum field theory, with special emphasis on developing new tools for non-perturbative systems. I am the principal investigator of an ERC starting grant on the memory of solitons, and the deputy director of the Simons Collaboration on Global Categorical Symmetries.
