I am a PhD student in scientific computing, specialized in numerical analysis. My research focuses on numerical solutions to partial differential equations. Specifically, I develop high-order accurate finite difference methods for wave-dominated problems. Applications involve wave-propagation problems in geophysics, e.g. simulation or prediction of earthquakes. Although not a part of my research I am also interested in high-performance computing and software design.
