Amanda is a PhD candidate working with the ERC-funded Variation in Institutional Oversight of Police Misconduct project. Her research focuses on police militarization and police misconduct oversight. Her past research includes work on reflexivity, voting for incarcerated peoples, special voting arrangements in the Americas, and the climate-conflict-migration nexus. She has also worked in public education and participatory development.
